The event analysis function lets you analyse events from different perspectives.

Event Analysis Measurements.

Measurement

Event Count.

The number of Events.

Event Reset Count.

The Number of reset events.

Partial Error Count.

The number of partial errors.

Total Error Counts.

The Number of Total errors.

Average event Reset Time.

The average time for an event to reset.

 

Events Dimensions

Dimension

Explanation

Values

Company.

Groups the events by company.

 

Date.

Groups the events by date range.

 

Dynamic = A date range calculated from the current date.

Event Code.

Groups the events by the event code sent from a terminal.

The exact event code depends on the terminal type.

Event Level.

Groups the events by the event level.

Available options:

Information.

Partial error.

Reset Alarm.

Total error.

Unknown.

Warning.

Hardware Unit.

Groups the events by hardware unit.

The exact list of hardware units depends on the terminal type.

Terminal.

Groups the events by Terminal dimension.

Available options:

Location.

Terminal.

Terminal Status.

Terminal Type.

Terminal Structure.

Groups the events per Terminal Structure as it is viewed in the Terminal Control Centre.

Select the highest terminal structure you want to start with.

Levels are available from 2 to 7.

Level 2 is the whole company.
