WebOffice  2.66 Complete Guide

Menu:Terminal Administration -> Terminal Maintenance -> Upgrade log -> User Interfaces.

The User Interfaces page shows all UI files that have been scheduled to send or has been sent to your terminals, along with the current transfer status.

The following table explains some of the items on the page:

List item

Explanation

File name.

Name of UI configuration file sent to the terminal.

Checksum.

Checksum used for data integrity protection during file transfer.

Date Created.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the UI configuration transfer record was created.

Date Changed.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the UI configuration transfer status was changed.

Effective Date.

Date and time, in the terminal’s local time, when the UI configuration file will be installed in the terminal.

Transfer Status.

Created:The file was created in WebOffice.
Received:The terminal was received the file.
Installed:The terminal installed the file.
Installation failed:Installation failed in the terminal.
Download failed:The download to the terminal failed.
Transferring:File transfer in progress.
Error:File transfer error, due to e.g. network problems.
Abort Request:Set by WebOffice when an abort request has been created.
Aborted:When abort request has been successfully executed.
Abort Failed:Abort request failed.

Downloaded bytes.

Shows the number of bytes downloaded.

 

Deleting a record.

To delete an entry from the list, click CA9992~1_img196.

Note:
On delete, the entry is removed, not the job itself.  If you want to delete the job, an abort request must be sent.

When the transfer status is one of the following, delete is not permitted:

Received.

Transferring.

Download initialized.

Abort Request.

Installing.
