This page allows you to:
•Download the file.
•Edit it in a local text editor (Warning: do not use Word).
•Replace the file with the edited file using a new name.
The check boxes will reflect the actions taken:
•Checkbox “CreatedByUser” is checked if the file is initially created in WebOffice.
•Checkbox “EditedByUser” is checked if the file has been edited by WebOffice user.
•When user performs changes, Touch`N Go File Status will be “EditedByUser”.
After replacing the file, the Number of retries to TNG counter will be reset to zero (0) to trigger TNG to retrieve the new file.
