This page lists all the Touch 'n Go related files received from the terminals.
Use the page for:
•Monitoring that all batch files (files that start with a prefix DF) has been sent to Touch ´n Go (TNG).
If WebOffice has failed to send a batch file to TNG, the Touch 'n Go File status is set to Aborted (Max Retries). Investigate in the Touch 'n Go File Log Details to find why it has failed.
•Edit batch files with invalid file name or content. Those files have a Touch 'n Go File Status Aborted (System). Click to edit the file.
•Add new a batch file that has not been received from CWT. Click in the toolbar to create new batch file.

Date and time when the file was created in the terminal. |

Touch 'n Go Status. |
The status of the file: •Unknown. Not used, future improvements •ReceivedFromCWT. The file is received from a CWT terminal but not yet processed by the Flowbird.Worker web service. •CreatedByUser. this flag will be set when a user creates new file in WebOffice •EditedByUser. This flag will be set when a user in WebOffice edits the file) •RetryTranseferToTng. This flag will be set by the Flowbird.Worker web service when a failure during transfer to TnG occurs •Aborted (Manually). Not user, future improvements •Aborted (Max Retries). This flag will be set by the Flowbird.Worker web service when a failure has occurred five times when trying to send the file to TNG •Aborted (System). This flag will be set by the Flowbird.Worker web service when the file name is invalid •TransferedToTng. This flag will be set by the Flowbird.Worker web service when the file successfully is transferred to TnG. •Deleted. Not used, future improvements |
