Enabling Terminal Access restrictions when impersonated.
It is sometimes not possible to set Terminal Access restrictions when impersonated.
The Terminal Access Section of the User Role Details -> Terminal Access tab will be greyed out.
To set:
•Open the User Role for the company to work with (E.g., Customer Administrator) when NOT impersonated.
•Select the Terminal Access tab.
•Select the "Use settings for physical terminal access only" radio button.
•Save the settings.
