LicenseKeyMediumIn WebOffice, 2 pages are used for the Wallet:

Wallets: lists all available Wallets available for the selected company

Wallet Transactions: lists all the transactions made to any wallet available in the selected company

Note:
A wallet account is system wide.
This means that a wallet can be used in several companies. The wallets listed in these pages are the ones that are available in the current company.
There is no overview to display in what companies the same wallet is used.
See the Appendix in the How to Set-up and use the Wallet guide for flow diagrams describing the registration and purchase flows.

If a parker wants to use a Wallet, she must create it first with a User ID and a PIN. Optionally she can add a Phone number. She must add at least one License Plate but can have more than one.

When configuring more than one License Plate she must select one when paying for a parking.

After creating an account she can edit it to add or remove License Plates. At least one License Plate must be registered. She can also change the phone number. When changing a phone number, she will get a confirmation code via SMS that must be entered in the CWT.

Making payments

When a parker uses a Wallet, the CWT will; after log in ; check if there is an ongoing parking. An Ongoing Parking exist if there is a record for the selected vehicle in the "Active Purchase" list where the end time has not expired.

If there is no ongoing parking, the parker can Check-in. She selects the time she wants to stay. After accept, the CWT will check the balance of the Wallet.

oIf the balance covers the amount to pay the payment will be made.

oIf the Wallet has insufficient fund, the parker is requested to insert coins or press accept to pay the remaining amount with card. It is possible to first insert coins and then fill up with a card payment.
After accepting the completed payment, the CWT will first add the coin and/or card payments to the Wallet. Then it will make a payment from the Wallet for the complete parking time.

Money added in this process will be visible in the Wallet Transactions page and in the Purchases page.

The Purchases page will list a record for each PayUnit used. I.e., a record for the coin PayUnit if used, one for the card pay-unit if used, and so on.

The Wallet Transactions page will list only one record for the total amount added to the Wallet and one for the payment of the parking.

If the CWT finds an ongoing parking, the parker is offered to Check-out. If she accepts, the remaining time is calculated, and a corresponding amount is stored in the Wallet for the current company. The ongoing parking will be updated with a new end time.
