When using the triggerUnit UserIdentifier the attribute userIdentifier in the corresponding PAYMENTSERVICE must be set to “Code”

This file is stored in the ExternalUserIdentifierSelect folder. Create this folder when it is missing.
When the attribute userIdentifier in the corresponding PAYMENTSERVICE must be set to “Code”
