What valid means
Payment service is valid if it includes a current article and is functional.
Article is valid if it is included in the current payment service and is functional.
Tariff is valid if it is included in the current article and is functional. For a tariff to be included it must be included in a button controlled tariff list or in a time controlled tariff package list (see ARTICLETARIFFGROUP element and COMMONTARIFFGROUP element . The list must be included in a Tariff package group that is valid according to time. If the tariff is included in a time controlled tariff package list this list must be valid according to time.
When the application searches for the first valid tariff, the search order is:
1.Tariff package group
2.Time controlled tariff package list
3.Button controlled tariff package list
