The License Plate Voucher feature allows the operator to set a special tariff to a specific license plate. The tariff can be free or reduced parking. A voucher needs to be created for the license plate. If the owner has multiple vehicles or has a rental, additional license plates can be added to the voucher. When the voucher is created, it is assigned a balance of times the voucher can be used, each time it is used 1 is deducted from the balance. If the license plate is not found in the purchase prerequisite, a fallback tariff package is defined in the service routing and returned to the CWT.
A purchase prerequisite and an online purchase (ongoing purchase) transfer need to be configured for the feature to be used. The CWT also needs to be configured to use purchase prerequisite and ongoing purchase.
The License Plate Voucher license also needs to be enabled for the Company.
