To start troubleshooting verify if each step in this guide is set up correctly.

 

Tariffs not loaded in WebOffice

Error: The tariffs are not correctly loaded in WebOffice after booting the terminal.

This may be caused by naming issues.

Make sure the tariff ID's and names are unique for this set up.

Make sure that all the terminals involved use these settings.

Make sure NO OTHER terminal uses these ID's and names

 

Tariffs not visible in WayToPark

Error: the tariffs from WebOffice are not visible in WayToPark.

Make sure the Parking ID in Operator is the same as the parking ID in WebOffice

Make sure there is a terminal in WebOffice of type WTP and that is connected to a WayToPark zone with the Terminal guid from WebOffice
