You can delete an Account only if the balance in your Wallet Account is zero. You cannot delete an account which is used in multiple companies. In those cases, there will be no "Delete" button available even when the balance is zero.
After deleting an account, the "Is Active" flag will be set to false (unchecked) and the userID will be extended with a GUID.
Inactivated accounts cannot be re-activated with the user interface. |
