•Select the delivery type. You need a separate record for each delivery type you want tot use as the format differs from type to type
oemail - Uses HMTL format
oSMS - Uses text format
oInApp - Uses HTML format
•Language - Specify the language to use
•Select the message group

oKiosk
•Select the Permit Type
•Specify the subject. This will be the text that is listed in header of the email, SMS or Customer Portal
•Create the template: This is the content of the message.
Insert the text to display and add variables to e.g. personalise the message with the end-users name.
The available variables are listed to the right of the Template box. The available variables depend on the notification type. Available variables are listed on the right-hand side of the template field
To set a variable, start with a curly bracket {, then insert the name of the variable. Close with a closing curly bracket }.
