The Notification Type Templates pages allows you to create notifications for each notification type and for each delivery type.
You can set specific type to e.g. only be delivered to the Customer Portal and have them displayed in the notification area or Send an SMS or email to the end-user.
| Important: Global Templates cannot be changed. Company specific templates can be changed and deleted. |
The selection of a template is done in the following way:
1.Check the Company and language.
If a template exist for the company and in the end-user's language use it
2.Check the language
If a template exist in the end-users language use it
3.Check the Company
if a template exist for the company use it
4.If non of the templates exist, use the global template using the English language
