General Information - Card.

Field

Description

Card PAN.

The card number as printed on the card.

Card Security Code.

The security code should be entered as it is printed on the card.  The system will use the following logic depending on the length of the security code:

Expiration when the length is four digits.

Service code when the length is three digits.

Expiration date + service code when the length is seven digits.

*The security code is optional, but we highly recommend using it.

Card Status.

Card status.  (Active, Inactive, Created, Lost, Stolen).

The options Lost and Stolen can only be set using the Signpost CA76BC~1_img10feature for this.

If set to active the card cannot longer get the status Created.

Card Profile.

The profile contains restrictions and default values used when the card is created.

After selecting a profile, the section Profile Restrictions becomes visible with the restrictions defined in the profile.

Current Balance.

The current amount available on the card.

Transferred ePurse Card.

The new card-number. Only visible when the card has been locked.

Date Created.

The date the card has been created in WebOffice.

Date Changed.

The date the card has been changed in WebOffice.  This date does not change when the card is debited or credited.

 

General Information - Customer.

Field

Description

Name.

The customer’s name.

Code.

The customer’s license plate information.

Description.

Additional information that could be pertinent.

 

Restrictions.

Field

Description

Active Date.

Date from when the card is valid and can be used.  This date has precedence over the Active Date set in the profile.

Expiration Date.

Date until when the card is valid and can be used.  This date has precedence over the Expiration Date set in the profile.
