Parking Codes can be generated within WebOffice by clicking the “Insert” button in the header bar.

Account ID. |
The Account ID from the End user. |
Code. |
The code generated by the End User. The Code will be extended with 4 digits to make it unique. Keep in mind that the terminal only can handle a maximum of characters. |
Vehicle Registration Number. |
The License Plate. This field is only visible if the Online Account Vehicle Registration Number Limit in Company Details is set to 1 or more. |
Max Uses. |
The maximum number of times the code can be used. |
Anti-Passback. |
Whit this box checked the end-user can only use one parking code at a time. The current purchase must expire before a new purchase with the same parking code can be used. |
Usage. |
The actual number of times the code has been used. |
Valid from. |
The date the code can be used from. |
Valid to. |
The date the code can be used to. |
Date Created. |
The time stamp the code was generated. |
Description. |
Optional describing text. |
After inserting all data click the Save button to generate the codes.
