WebOffice  2.66 Complete Guide

MenuUser Administration -> [+] Online Account -> Parking Codes.

LicenseKeyMediumWith Parking Codes, the Online Account user allows their guests to use a parking space for a fee they otherwise cannot get.

The End User can on his login page create one or more codes that can be used one or more times.
If the end-user has no account, she can; if the CWT terminal is set up for this; purchase parking codes. In this case, the CWT will display the number of remaining uses on the ticket. See the Ongoing Purchase How To Guide for how to set up this feature. How the payment in each step is set up, depend on the company using this feature.

This page shows a list of all active Parking Codes that are generated by the online Permit Accounts.

The Online Permit Account End User can generate Parking Codes in the public pages, or you can do this directly in WebOffice using the insert button in the top header bar.

If the parking code is linked to an online account (created from the WebOffice Public website) then the page will display the Account ID and will display the tariff package and the terminal node types but will not let the user modify these. The tariff package and terminal node types in this case must be modified from the online account details page for the account in question.

If the parking code is not linked to an online account and was created from WebOffice, then the tariff package and the terminal node type can be changed from the parking code details page. The Account ID will be the default company account.

Parking Codes are removed once they have been used all granted times.

If a Parking Code has not been used for all the available number of times; i.e. the Max Usage field and the Usage field do not have the same value; and is removed by the end user, the Parking Code remains visible in this page.

Important:
It is important to have enough time on the account when creating more than one Parking Codes for e.g. an event, as each purchase will consume time. Having too little time will cause people not being able to park as the terminal verifies the available time.
Note
To be able to access the Company Default account:
- create a parking code.
- click the account name in the list.
- adjust the time balance on the “Set Time Balance” tab.
This works only within WebOffice.
