A WebOffice System Administrator initially configures the WebOffice application for your company. This includes:
•Giving the company an identification in the system by assigning a parking ID number.
•Creating a WebOffice Distributor and a local WebOffice Customer Administrator.
•Activating SMS functions. The SMS function is an optional service that is not included in the standard WebOffice package.
•More additional activities depending on the requested configuration, e.g. additional licenses.
Flowbird or a WebOffice Distributor Administrator provides the WebOffice Company Administrator with a User Id; a Password and a web address (URL). The WebOffice Company Administrator will then provide the other users within the company with the necessary username and password.
The WebOffice Company Administrator creates terminal and network groups and populates them with sub-groups and terminals as required. The WebOffice Company Administrator also specifies the users that should receive event information via e-mail and/or SMS, what types of events that should be reported, and during what period(s).
Once you have received your User Id and password, you can start your web browser, enter the web address (URL), and log in.
