The Modify Purchases feature allows you to change some purchase data.
To activate this feature ask Flowbird to activate the Modify Purchase License.
Changing the purchase data is allowed for purchases that follow these rules:
| • | The Purchase list must be in “Operation” mode. Historical data cannot be changed. |
| • | The License “Modify purchase” must be activated |
| • | The Article used must have the flag “Allow Purchase Modification” set |
| • | The Purchase state is “Completed” |
| • | The end date or the purchase is in the future |
Purchases that do not apply to these rules will not show the Signpost command.
After changing purchase data the changes will be visible in the Audit Historey
