The Purchase Receipt Template feature allows the company to create one or more templates that will be used when generating a PDF receipt instead of the default templates.
Purchase Receipts Templates can be used Company-wide or per Terminal Group.
A Purchase Receipt Template is always used when a receipt is requested on the Purchases page. When no license is active or if no template can be selected (see Template Assignment order below), the "Cale Default" template will be used.
It is recommended to create a Company-wide Purchase Receipt Template when you use Purchase Receipts Templates per Terminal Group to prevent using the "Cale Default" Template for terminals that are not included in any Terminal Group.
Note: You must create one or more terminal groups of type "Custom Purchase Receipt" in Terminal Groups to use Purchase Receipt Templates per Terminal Group. You can assign terminals to the group before or after you create the template. If you have terminals assigned, keep the template inactive until you are satisfied with the layout. |

Template assignment order.
A purchase template is selected using the following selection order:
1.Terminal Group based Receipt Template.
This template will be used if a Terminal Group for Company Purchase Receipt exist and the terminal is a member of this group.
2.Company Default Template.
This template will be used when there is no Terminal Group based Receipt Template available for the terminal the purchase has been made on and a Company Default Template exists.
3.WebOffice Default Template.
This template is used when:
oThere are no Terminal Group based Receipt Templates.
oThere is no Company Default Template.
oThe Company does not use this feature.
