Command format.
SubmitTerminalFile,{File type},{File name with file path}
This command allows you to submit a file from a CWT to the File Repository.
The verify if the file exists on the CWT use the DIR command.
Example:
Send the OSLOG1.txt file to WebOffice
SUBMITTERMINALFILE,5,Storage Card\OSLOG1.TXT
