The Software Packages tab is only present if the license Software Package is available to the company.
Software Packages are handled in the same way as regular Terminal Jobs. The purpose is to simplify software upgrades. A Software Package contains all the software a terminal need.
When a Software Package is added to a node, a dialogue is automatically displayed allowing the user to change schedule and enter an effective date.
| Note: A job is always added to the node even if you press cancel. The recommended Schedule Frequency is one time per night or one time a week. A software Package job is possible to remove the same way as a regular job. Right click and select remove. |
