The Terminal Session page shows an overview of the communication sessions between WebOffice and the connected terminals.
Note: This page uses Enforced filtering. A terminal session is first registered after the session is completed. |
The following table explains the default items on the page:

Explanation |
To see details on a session, click the [+] sign at the beginning of a line. |

Terminal ID. |
The ID that identifies a specific terminal. |
Session Start. |
The time stamp of the first communication received from a terminal. |
Session End. |
The time stamp the session ended. |
Ipv4. |
The IP address used during communication. |
To see the RAW data sent by a terminal add the Column Raw Data using the spanner. Not all communication from a CWT is logged as Raw Data.
To active RAW data for a specific job go to Terminal Message Logging, Select the terminal and active the job in question.
If you need data for a specific job that is not available, ask a developer for support.
Note: The card data in the submitTransactionListReq and authenticatePurchase jobs will still be masked with asterisks, even if the RAW data is activated. |
