Extended Time Payment

Note:
Currently supported for Passport payments.

Extended Time Payment is a payment specified for given License Plate with the same Payment start date.

Extended Time Payments are linked to the Payment type. Not all payment types allow Extended Time Payments

If two Session Payments for a given License Plate have the same Payment Type but a different Payment start date, then these payments are not considered as Extended Time Payments.

All Session Payments are visible in the Parking Sessions page after expanding Session details.

Extended Payments are not allowed for stopped session. Only running sessions are accepting passport payments.

Another possibility is to use Passport payment extensions in advance, before session was started. Started session will find by license plate and assign all matching previous payments.

Passport payments are now matched with session by start and end time. Session time (between Session start and end date) and Passport time (between Payment start and end date) must intersect to be linked. E.g. if Passport payment end date is before Session start date then this payment is not assigned to a session.

Session time which was not covered by Passport payments is considered as not paid and an invoice will be issued for unpaid period of time.

E.g. A session starts at 10:00 and ends at 11:00, Passport Payment is from 09:40 till 10:40, so only the first 40 minutes of the session is paid for. The remaining 20 minutes will be charged and an invoice is issued. Please notice that even if the user paid 100 and the session amount is also 100, the session is still considered as partly unpaid, because not the whole session time was paid for
