To add terminal to a node or Parking zone that uses the Tariff Editor you must:
•Copy the SD-card of an existing terminal and insert it in the new terminal.
•Optional: Change the settings outside the PAT section if you use e.g. another type of card reader or have other hardware.
•Create the terminal in WebOffice.
•Update the cwtid.xml file to match the new terminal GUID and any EMV reader. Also update the Terminal ID.
•Update the location parameter in the cwtid.xml file.
| Remember that the cwtid.xml must be updated to the correct terminal GUID and Terminal ID. |
•Add the terminal to the Node and optional to the Parking Zone.
•Start the terminal.
•Wait for a heartbeat.
| Important: During this process you should not update any Tariff Package as the terminal will not be available in the list of terminal using this Tariff Package. |
