Collection analysis.

The Collection Analysis function lets you extract data from the database and examine it from different perspectives.

Collection Analysis Dimensions

Dimension

Explanation

Values

Collection.

 

Only applicable with the True Up License.

Groups the collections based on if they are manually created or not.

True = Manual created.

Company.

Groups the collections by company.

 

Currency.

Groups the Collections by currency.

 

Date.

Groups the collections by date range.

Dynamic = A date range calculated from the current date.

Pay Unit.

Groups the collections by pay Unit.

 

Terminal.

Groups the collections by Terminal. dimension

Available options:

Location.

Terminal.

Terminal Status.

Terminal Type.

Terminal Structure.

Groups the collections by Terminal. Structure as it is viewed in the Terminal Control Centre.

Select the highest terminal structure you want to start with.

Levels are available from 2 to 7.

Level 2 is the whole company.

 

Collection Analysis Measurements

Measurement

Explanation

Values

Time related.

Shows the Growth of the Collection amount or Collection Count in percent.

Needs the dimension Date

Monthly Growth (Collection Amount).

Monthly Growth (Collection Count).

Pay Unit Related.

Shows the Collection Amount or Count in percent.

Needs the dimension Pay Unit.

Collection Amount Percentage of Pay Unit.

Collection Count Percentage of Pay Unit.

Collection Amount.

The Value of the collection.

 

Collection Count.

The number of collections.

 

Collection Trans Count.

The amount of transactions in a collection.

 

Manual Created Collections.

The sum of the manual created collections.

 

Collection Overpayment.

The Amount in a collection that has been overpaid.

 

Collection Items.

The collection per pay Unit.

Uses the Dimension Pay Unit.

 

Reported Collection Amount.

The Collection Amount that is reported manually in Manual Entry Collections.

 

Reported Collection Amount Diff.

The difference between the Collection Amount reported from the terminal and the amount that is reported in Manual Entry Collections.
