•The Personal Settings chapter describes user-specific settings in WebOffice.
•The Terminal Administration chapter describes how to organize, monitor, communicate with, and manage the terminals in your system. There is also information about the Terminal Map function, which is an add-on service that needs a license.
oThe Terminal Job list gives an overview of all the jobs that can run on the terminals.
•The Central Top-Up feature is used to enable top up of payments started in a terminal using a smart phone with the WayToPark Mobile Application for Android or iPhone.
•Pay by Space allows a customer to pay parking for a specific parking space by inserting the space ID in the terminal.
•The User Administration chapters describe how to register WebOffice users, user roles, and company information in the system. The User Administration chapter also holds information about how to manage online accounts, which is an add-on service that needs a license.
•Company Administration This chapter describes how to enter company details, how to create the company news gadget, Company Function Filters and Company Custom Attributes.
•Post Payment Post Payment stands for the functionality where a user can check in on a terminal and later when finished business can check out and pay for the actual time parked on any other terminal that is part of the same virtual network.
•ePurse ePurse cards are used like credit cards but instead of validating a purchase amount with an acquiring bank, the amount is validated against the cards balance in WebOffice
•Virtual Purse Virtual purses are created when an overpayment has been made and the end user registered her License Plate. Purchases can be made with coin and/or card.
•The Wallet feature allows the end user to create a wallet to save any over-payments for a later use.
A Wallet account is saved in WebOffice. A Wallet account is a personal account with one or more "Money bags". Each Company in WebOffice has its own "Money bag" within the account.
•Cale Support Menu, is aimed for the Flowbird Support team. It contains all information needed to manage good customer support for customers of WebOffice.
