LicenseKeyMediumThe Terminal Access tab lets you manage which user role(s) should be granted ‘hands-on’ and logical access to the terminal.

Activate the Terminal Access License to get access to this feature.

For this to work you must set the User Role on the Terminal Access tab to have access to one of the following and leave the terminal check boxes as they are.

Use settings for both physical access and visual access within WebOffice.

Use settings for physical terminal access only.

To add a user role, and thus providing all users connected to that role access to the terminal, select the role from the list box and click Add.

To remove a user role, and thus preventing all users connected to that role from further access to the terminal, click DeleteRecord.

Note:
This does not remove the user role from the system; it only disconnects the user role from the terminal.

When adding or disconnecting a user role from a terminal, the change will be reflected on the Terminal Access tab on the User Role Details page.
