Unresolved Alarms.

MenuTerminal Administration -> Unresolved Alarms.

The Unresolved Alarms page lists all pending problems older than the number of hours specified in the header.

In the example below this time is set to 1 hour.

This value is limited for performance reasons but can be changed by Flowbird Support.

Unresolved Alarms

The following table explains some of the items on the page:

List item

Explanation

Terminal ID.

The Terminals ID must be unique within the company.

Location.

The terminals location.

Comm. Status.

TraficLightGreen Green = OK.

TraficLightYellow Yellow = Warning/Partial Error.

TraficLightRed Red = (Total)Error.

The mechanism used for determining the status of unresolved alarms is the same as the one used for determining terminal status (see Terminal status indicator).

The time span that comes into play is the current time minus the number of hours specified in the header filter option.

Node.

Node in the terminal structure to which the terminal belongs.

Last Comm. Date.

Date and time for the last successful communication.

Event Date.

Date and time for the event, in the terminal’s local time.  Click to view the Events page showing other events for the selected terminal.

Event Code.

Description of the event.  Click to view the Events page, showing other events for the selected terminal.

Hardware Unit.

Part of terminal affected, e.g. Printer, Core, Coin Unit, etc.  Click to view the Events page showing all events for this specific terminal.

Active Events.

This column allows you to find the terminal with its events in the Events list page.
