When creating a new Company, Licenses associated with the chosen Package are automatically selected. It shall not be possible to select Licenses from a higher Package. Deselecting individual Licenses from a chosen Package is possible.
| Note: For legacy reason, an existing Company can have Licenses in a higher Package than chosen. These should be kept but it shall also be possible to deselect them if desired. |
| Important: When changing a license there are some limitations - You can only activate licenses if the overall package is selected or from the "Other" licenses. - Removing an existing license that is outside the selected package will lock the license and cannot be set back. E.g., an existing company has the comprehensive package with "Data Import" and "Export of data". Removing these licenses from the company will immediately lock the license. |
